For SmartLaw services, payments will be processed according to the subscription cycle as follows :
รายเดือน : ระบบจะตัดเงินอัตโนมัติทุกเดือน (กรณีชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต)
Monthly : Automatic payments will be deducted each month (for credit card payments).
รายปี : ระบบจะตัดเงินเต็มจำนวนในครั้งเดียว (กรณีชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต)
Annual : A one-time full payment will be charged (for credit card payments).
กรณีการชำระเงินผ่านช่องทางอื่นบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับการใช้งานจนกว่าจะได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงิน เว็บไซต์ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธหรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อด้วยเหตุผลใดๆรวมถึงกรณีที่คำสั่งซื้อมีข้อมูลหรือราคาที่ผิดพลาด แม้ว่าคำสั่งซื้อดังกล่าวจะได้รับการยืนยันแล้วก็ตาม
In cases where payments are made through other channels, the company reserves the right to suspend service access until payment confirmation is received. ข้อกำหนดอายุการใช้งานและการต่ออายุ ( Service Period and Renewal Terms )
แพลตฟอร์มมีอายุการใช้งานขั้นต่ำ1ปีเมื่อสิ้นสุดอายุการใช้งานระบบจะส่งการแจ้งเตือนไปยังอีเมลของคุณล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า35วันหากไม่มีการดำเนินการชำระเงินระบบอาจระงับบัญชีของคุณจนกว่าจะได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงิน
The platform has a minimum subscription period of 1 year. When the service period expires, the system will send an email notification at least 35 days in advance. If payment is not completed, the system may suspend your account until the payment is confirmed.
